What is Chakrus?

Chakrus is a travel-partner matchmaking app that helps you connect with people who share your travel plans. You can post your trip details, browse other users’ plans, and connect through private chat once requests are accepted.


How do I find a travel partner on Chakrus?

Browse the feed of posted travel requirements, filter by destination or purpose, and tap on a post that matches your interest. From there, you can send a partner request to connect with the user.


How do I post my travel requirement?

Go to the Post Requirement section, fill in details like destination, travel dates, travel mode, and purpose, then submit. Free users can post up to 4 times per day, while Premium users have no limits.


How can I send or receive partner requests?

When you see a travel plan that interests you, tap Send Request. The recipient will get a notification and can choose to accept or reject it. Similarly, you’ll receive requests when others are interested in your posted trips.


What happens after I submit my KYC verification?

Your selfie is submitted for review, and your status changes to “pending.” You can continue using all app features while the review takes place. Once approved, your profile will show as “verified.”


Can I use Chakrus without KYC?

You can explore the app, but most core features—like posting requirements, sending requests, and chatting—require KYC. This ensures safety and trust within the community.


What benefits do Premium users get?

Premium unlocks:

  • Unlimited posts and requests
  • No ads
  • Ability to share images in chat

How do I upgrade to Premium?

Go to Settings → Subscription and choose a monthly or yearly plan. Payments are processed securely through your app store.


Can I share images in chat?

Yes, but only Premium users can send image attachments. Free users can chat using text only.


Why don’t I see the attachment icon in chat?

The attachment icon is only visible for Premium subscribers. If you don’t see it, you’re likely on the free plan.


How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account. Once confirmed, your profile, posts, requests, and chats will be permanently removed. This cannot be undone.


What happens if my KYC is rejected?

If your KYC is rejected, you’ll receive a notification. You can re-submit a clearer selfie or contact support for guidance.


How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset your password via your registered email or phone.


How do I report inappropriate behavior?

Open the profile or chat of the user you want to report, tap the Report/Block option, and select the reason. Our team will review the report promptly.


Is Chakrus free to use?

Yes. Free users can post up to 4 travel requirements and send 4 requests per day, with the option to earn 1 extra by watching ads. Premium removes these limits and ads.


Can I use Chakrus worldwide?

Yes. Chakrus works globally, so you can post and connect with users wherever you’re traveling.
