Chakrus is a travel-partner app that helps you meet people who share your travel plans, anywhere in the world. Post your trip, browse other travellers’ trips, and chat once a request is accepted.

Home shows trip cards from other travellers. Use the filters (Nearby, Destination, Weekend, My city) or search, open a trip that suits you and tap Connect to send a request.

Tap the + button, add a cover photo, where you’re starting from, your destination, dates, travel mode and what kind of trip it is, then tap Publish Trip. Free accounts can post 2 trips a week; Premium has no limit.

When a trip interests you, tap Connect. The traveller gets a notification and can accept or decline. You’ll find requests you’ve sent and received in the Requests tab.

Tell Trip Radar where you want to go (and, if you like, where from and when). It shows matching trips straight away and sends you an alert whenever a new one is posted. Your Radar is private: nobody else can see it. Free accounts get one Radar; Premium gets unlimited Radars.

A crew is a group travelling together. Crews get a group chat to plan dates, stays and costs, and you can invite friends to your crew by phone number.

Yes. Free accounts can post 2 trips a week and send 4 requests a day, and can earn 1 extra of each by watching a short ad. Premium removes these limits and the ads.

Yes. Chakrus works globally, so you can post and connect with travellers wherever you’re going.

Take a quick live selfie in the app. Chakrus checks it against your profile photo automatically, and it usually takes about a minute. Once it passes, your profile shows the purple verified tick.

You can sign up and look around freely. Before you post a trip, send a request or chat, Chakrus asks you to add a profile photo, verify with a selfie and add your city and travel styles. You only do this once.

Try again in good light, facing the camera, with nothing covering your face. If it still doesn’t work, contact support and we’ll help.

Yes. Turn on Women-Only Travel Mode under Settings & Privacy → Safety Shield & Privacy so only verified women can discover your trips and message you. Trips marked female-only are only shown to women.

Open their profile, tap ⋮ and choose Report or Block. Reports are confidential: the person is never told who reported them. Our team reviews every report.

Yes. Use Tell my family from a trip to send your trip details, dates and crew to someone you trust.

Premium (Chakrus VIP Passport) gives you:

• Unlimited trips and connect requests
• No ads
• Unlimited Trip Radars

Go to Settings & Privacy → Manage VIP Subscription and choose the monthly or annual plan. Payment is handled securely by the App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Yes. Everyone can share photos and short videos in one-to-one and crew chats.

Use your phone number (we text you a code), Google, Apple or email. If you use email and forget your password, tap Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen.

Go to Settings & Privacy → Delete Account. You have 7 days to change your mind; after that your profile, trips, requests and chats are permanently deleted.
